'SilentWoodGlade' started from a dream: to share traditional Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our small family-operated pizzeria originated with generations-old family recipes.

Marina Rossi, the original founder, mastered the techniques of pizza crafting on her Italian sojourn, especially in Naples, where pizza was conceived. After returning to the UK, she aimed to bring the essence of authentic Italian pizza, focusing on traditional methods and top-notch ingredients.

Our once humble pizzeria with just a dozen seats has now flourished into a cherished local gem, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness endures. Our daily ritual includes employing the time-tested wood-fired oven techniques, and we procure superior ingredients for our creations.

In the present day, 'SilentWoodGlade' is still a family-owned venture, with the next generation of the Rossi lineage steering our enthusiastic crew. While we've integrated modern touches, our core mission continues to be crafting delectable, genuine pizzas that unite our patrons.
